Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items are sent out within 72 hrs. Estimated delivery time with UPS and USPS ground shipping is 5 to 10 business days for domestic orders.
Changing or Canceling an Order
If you purchased a reusable baby food pouch on www.GoFreshBaby.com using PayPal or a major credit card and would like to change or cancel your order please e-mail us at support @ gofreshbaby.com. Please include your name, address, & phone number along with your purchase number & the date of purchase.
GoFreshBaby is dedicated to delivering a quality product that meets and exceeds the expectations of our valued customers. If you are not satisfied with your GoFreshBaby reusable food pouch for any reason and purchased your product through the www.GoFreshBaby.com website simply return the product within 30 days of purchase.
Any Product which is returned after 30-day from the date of purchase will not be accepted. If you purchased the Product from a retail store or website other than www.GoFreshBaby.com, please contact the retailer or website directly for return/exchange policies.
If the product you received was damaged, was missing parts, or was not in ready to use condition please contact our customer support team at support @ gofreshbaby.com. To assist us in expediting a prompt resolution of the shipping error, you will be asked to provide (i) your web order number (the 9-digit number on the invoice we sent with your order); and (ii) a description of the unsatisfactory product condition or missing part. We will then process a replacement shipment as soon as possible and provide return instructions, if applicable.
GoFreshBaby is not responsible for any returns/exchanges that are lost in the mail while being returned to us. We advise you to insure the package being sent to us and get tracking information.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless you received a damaged Product from us or the Product was shipped by us incorrectly. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.
